About

Innovative career and life guidance designed to serve the needs of both Employers seeking exceptional resources and Candidates who have overcome significant emotional events in their life and are ready for intentional career focused personal growth.

We believe in second chances because...

“...The most challenging parts of life should not define a person. As a woman of faith, I recognize we have all been given a second chance. Therefore, we should strive to help others overcome bad choices, childhood trauma, and other negative factors to grow into the person we have been called to be...”

We believe in second chances because...

"We all make mistakes and can learn from them. God gives us opportunity, we trust in Him to get us through our good times and bad times."

We believe in second chances because...

“...singular decisions do not always define who we end up as.”

We believe in second chances because...

“Mistakes are how we learn the lesson. Second chances are where we show our work.”

We believe in second chances because...

“...we all needed our own (second chance) at some point. None of us arrived where we are today without the knowledge, resources, mentorship, and patience of those who thought we deserved another shot...”

We believe in second chances because...

“Setbacks and downfalls do not have to be endings to a person's story. When that person rises up and pushes through, those challenges are treated as chapters to a greater story of triumph.”
